I agree to pay Luca Fappani Performance Horses the recurring subscription fees selected below. I authorize Luca Fappani Performance Horses to automatically charge my credit or debit card for the applicable subscription amount at the billing interval selected, effective immediately upon receipt of this form.
I understand that all new subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. During this initial three-month period, the subscription cannot be canceled.
After the initial three-month commitment has been fulfilled, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled. Once you have completed three consecutive monthly payments, you may cancel your membership at any time through your online account. If you do not cancel after the three-month minimum commitment, your membership will continue to renew each month. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no further monthly charges will be made.
