Terms and Conditions for Monthly Video Subscription Service

Welcome to the Luca Fappani Performance Horses monthly video subscription service, offering exclusive access to online horse training videos. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Subscription Agreement By subscribing, you gain access to our library of online horse training videos for the duration of your active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below. All new memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles from the membership start date. During this initial three-month period, online cancellation will not be available. After three full payment cycles have been completed, you may cancel your membership at any time directly through your online account. If you do not cancel after the three-month minimum period, your membership will continue on a recurring monthly basis until you choose to cancel.
  2. Access and Usage
    • Subscriptions are intended for individual use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
    • Access to the training video library requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device, which are the subscriber’s responsibility to maintain.
  3. Billing and Payment
    • By subscribing, you authorize Luca Fappani Performance Horses to apply recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method, effective immediately upon sign-up.
    • If payment cannot be processed, access to the subscription service may be suspended until payment is received.
    • The three-month minimum commitment remains in effect regardless of failed payments or suspended access during that period.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • Cancellations may only be processed by the account holder directly through their online account settings. We are unable to process cancellation requests submitted via email, phone, or any other communication channel, and we are not responsible for cancellation requests submitted outside of the account settings.
    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the video library through the end of that paid period.
    • As noted in Section 1, cancellation is not available during the first three billing cycles for standard memberships.
  5. Refund Policy Refunds are not granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial months, unused subscription periods, or failure to cancel prior to renewal.
  6. Content Availability
    • We reserve the right to add, remove, or update video content in our library at our discretion.
    • Access to certain videos may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to technical issues or content updates. Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation during the minimum commitment period or for a refund.
  7. Liability The training videos provided through this service are for informational and educational purposes only. Luca Fappani Performance Horses is not liable for any injuries, damages, or outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice or techniques demonstrated in the videos. Horse training involves inherent risks, and subscribers assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their animals.
  8. Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without refund if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to the unauthorized sharing or distribution of subscription content. Termination by us for a violation of these terms does not waive the outstanding balance owed for the remainder of any minimum commitment period.
  9. Changes to Terms Luca Fappani Performance Horses reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
